I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.5.0
I want to do structural analysis for an simple cantilever beam with varying force data from csv file can we do that in creo with its stimulaion
Yes you can. Using Creo Product Insight you can get sensor data directly from ThingWorx, or as you're after, get CSV based sensor data into Creo. You can link those parameters to Creo Simulate Loads and simulate what you're describing.
