Mechanism Analysis Definition,

Here I attached two images, which includes Analysis run - before and after.

Measurement dimensional error reflected after completeing Analysis run (when object came to its original position).

Is it this is Accuracy error? or Mechanism kinematics/positionQ1.JPG error?

Need suggetions.....

mechanism accuracy lack some desired precision. In a support case I once files, it is only accurate to single precision. Of particular issue are ratios that don't come out to a nice round number such as 1/3... the value is often .33333(0000000) in calculations.

This will give you a reference.

And please vote on this idea...
