Modal analysis issue

I am using Creo Simulate Release 4.0 and DatecodeM080

I am facing an issue with Creo Simulate. I need support for it.
I am running a modal analysis, but every time I set the output to get “Mass participation factor” the run fails.
The same run completes if Mass participation factor is unchecked.

Here are the errors that I faced

If are attempting to open a support call, you were not successful. This is not PTC support; it is a user community forum. If you want assistance here, then you must provide much more detail such as the models, boundary conditions etc.
