How to report specific used components in specific assemblies ?

302100.asm uses 512100.prt
512100 shall not be used for assemblies with a number starting with 302.
512100 is defined in a check list list.
When an assembly with a number starting with 302 is saved, Model check reports 512100 with a warning, the component is not allowed in this assembly.
