O-ring compress simulation by CREO ANSYS Simulation

Hello all

I want to simulate the O-ring contact stress under a certain displacement, when I meshing the part, it pop out the window as below.

it seems that there is something wrong with material assignment. the material property is shown as below(just an example, not real case).  the Mooney-Rivlin model was used to describe the material property.

Could anyone help me check what’s wrong here?
