Object rotated using friction wheel

Hello community,

I was wondering if it is possible with just the "Mechanism Design" license feature to simulate the following:

The wheel on the left should drive the larger object using contact-friction.  In my model, I would like to have the wheel turn and being able to slide in the horizontal direction (only 1 DOF!), while the larger object is only able to rotate around a fixed axis.
