Placement Box Issue

I've encountered an issue in Creo. When placing components in an assembly, clicking "Placement" is supposed to show the placement box (as seen in the attached picture). However, even after clicking "Placement" multiple times, the placement box does not appear.

Is this issue caused by Creo itself, or did I accidentally change some settings that disabled the placement box?

Because at first, I thought the box might be displayed/appeared into another screen, but after I checked, there is no Placement Box at all.

*Additionally, I noticed a similar problem in the Chamfer feature. The "Sets Box" does not appear either (refer to Picture 2).
