Setting up a volume for output only?

to all,

1. Is there a way of outputting results (say stress) for a only a volume in my (test) model? Say I have 2 volumes (attached/bonded) but I only want the results for 1 volume (i.e 1 mesh). Can one do that?

2. I see in the post-processing window there is the 'Display location' and the drop down menu allows selection of volumes. How does one defines these volumes?
