Side loads on beam model

Hello!
I have a frame design.
I wish to get the reactions on the 4 points.
I have as load the gravitation.
The "Y" Reactions are ok.
Way I get also reactions on "X" and on "Z"?
In case that I have on corner "1" and "4" NO translation and on the corners "2" and "3" translation, by using of load by side, I will not have reaction in the corners "2" and "3". So ...this is the art to determinate the forces, but this is wrong be side load. So ..how to set the constrains correct?
