stress_solid_nlm.cxx and ENG_StackMemory.cxx fatal error

I am using Creo Simulate Release N/A and DatecodeN/A Running Creo Simulate version 10.0.10.0. I´m running a non-lineal simulation with contacts with linear material. Loads are only prescribed displacements. Model check shows no issues. Run without issues unload and 2 steps, then fail. Attached message. Model has 116259 elements and 10 contacts. SOLRAM 8GB (RAM 32 GB). Here are the errors that I faced *** A fatal error has occurred. *** An internal error has occurred in file z:\s\q10\sim\engine\src\as\post\stress_solid_nlm.cxx, line 166. Several times same message.
