TEC (thermo-electric cooler, aka Peltier device) in Creo Simulate

I am trying to figure out a way to perform a thermal analysis on a design that includes TEC devices.  I first thought that I could simply use a material with a negative thermal conductivity but that does appear to be possible.  Has anyone done this and if so, how?  Thanks.
