Unable to view entire options in creo options window

Hi ,

 

I have problem in my Creo where i am unable to view entire options in pop-up windows and unable to click the OK or Cancel button at the bottom.

Please guide me on how to fix this.

The version 5.0.0.0 is instable.
I also tried it and I had problems that have been resolved with the 5.0.1.0.
I guess that the problem may be the compatibility with some part of your system. Try a recenter version.

From the graphic I guess it is Creo 5; could you confirm? Which patch (F000?)?
Is your graphic cad supported by the program?
Have you try to reinstall the program yet?

Yes it is creo 5.0.0.0 and it is F000 patch. It is supported by the graphics card and i have installed it several times but problem is not yet resolved.
