Upgradation Issue

Ok , I have a problem here. I had been using creo 2.0 for which I had setup the license in the server machine. All my client machines were able to use it.Now I have an upgraded license of creo 3.0. I have installed the same on my server (the same having creo 2.0). I inserted the creo 3.0 media - went setup new license- dragged the the file to the location and finished it. But none of my client machines (including the sever machine) is able to work on it. It displays a message "license file doesnt support this version"(may be it is still tracking the old license). Do I have to uninstall the previous version?? can any body help me with the correct installation procedure ?? ( image showing the warning message)
