Hi,

AFAIK Creo Simulation Live it is intended for a quick test of the model. If you need to get a reliable result, then you have to use another Simulate tool. Please contact PTC Support and discuss your problem with them.

    Is there a constraint on the large oval cutout on the right side of the part? I'm just wondering if your model is over constrained.
