Abortext IsoDraw floating license not working

Hey Guys,

we have an Dongle with an Floating License on a CAD PC installet and now we wanted to install it on a new CAD PC and it doesnt work (Error Message: License query for IsoDraw failed) . Now my Questions are if we need to configure the Dongle with the FlexLm Server new or it`s because of the different Versions from the License (7.1) and the Software (7.0 from install CD).

Try to use "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp
