Accessing the 7.0 exe flies

Hi! Unfortunately we have lost the exe files for Arbortext Editor 7.0 - I say 7.0 because that is the version our license is for, but i was using 7.1.  

Our Sales Order number (SON) and  the SCN number do not let us download the required files - but we have a permanent valid license for Arbortext Editor 7.0

I have sent a support request, but as our details are not recognized the route the support requests goes is taking some time.

I have a valid license but no tool to use it with 😞 and, of course, I'm unable to carry on with my work that is in Arbortext Editor.

Is this all I can do? Does anyone know how we can access and  download the files we need?

2. Try to find a reseller in your area and chat with them: https://www.ptc.com/en/partners/find-your-partner

Thanks for the reply. I will try to contact local resellers and see what i can do. Again, thanks!

I was very disappointed to find we has lost the exe files, but, that's life i suppose

P.S. I recommend using an external USB hard drive to store backup copies of software and documents.
