Add a log file for debugging

Hi All,

We're using Arbortext Editor 6.0 (F0000) with a number of customisations, including the 'Save' button. Some of our users are reporting that after they've clicked on 'Save' regularly whilst working for a couple of hours they close Arbortext and then find that none of their changes have been saved. The save location is a networked folder that has two physical locations with replication between them. I'm assured that this is working correctly.

I would like to know how I can add a log file (local, per user) that I can write to from our custom ACL code so ican get an audit trail of what happens when a user clicks on 'Save'.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
