Adding a new column in Entity Catalog Table/Grid

I want to manually add a column into the Entity Catalog table under Entity Manager. A column that I want to add existed in the TBLENTITIES table. I'm using Arbortext CSDB for S1000D.

Any idea? Your help is greatly appreciated.
