    I can't remember how this is supposed to work. Does M70 incorporate all of the preceding "M-patches", or do you need to install each patch individually before you install M070?

    M070 will be (and require) a full install. It's a release now, not a patch.
    It does contain all previous patches released in previous releases.

    It's a patch and release system.
