anyone using Adobe CS6 and IsoDraw?

We jsut got an upgrade to Photoshop. Using the crop tool we crop images to 3.12 X 2.25, 300 dpi. When placing it into IsoDraw, it used to fit our template, now it is way oversized. See attached image the square in the middle is the template.

    This issue with jpgs has been corrected in Isodraw M040

    I go between illustrator and ISOdraw and I have the same problem
