Arbortext 6.0 Object Menu

We've just installed and begun using Arbortext 6.0 companywide. One user does not have the "Object" menu available. Is there a particular setting that must be adjusted for this?

The siteprefs.xml file in the adapters folder of Arbortext is what controls the CMS connection settings... that file can also be deployed from a server depending on your particular configuration. There is a fair bit of information in the help on this sort of thing but that is where I would check first.
