We have Arbortext 7.0.  When we print, (using a styler with 40051e5.0 screen fosi "c" drive//...DTD 40051c_c_6_0 FOS on the end) our headers are doubled and our .SVG graphics shrink (to about 2"x2").  In addition, we have no page numbers and our callouts get changed to all read "Figure 0, Item 1".  Any sugggestions?

Hi

We use Revision 5.0, * Revision E 5.0 for MIL STD 40051-1B/2B stated in the DTD. We have a screen FOSI which is used for sccreen viewing and editing. When we publish we use a set of XSLFO stylesheets run thorugh APE which provide finished output. The xsl we use is xslfo-main-v5_0.xsl to produce a complete book. The FOSI is a screen FOS so no neeed for pagination logic, running heads, page numbers etc. The FOSI, DTD, DCF, and xsl all came from our Government customer. We publish using the XSL stylesheets though eithr Styler or though PE depending on whether it is testing or a production run.
