The Styler download still shows only version 8.0 as the newest.

We are still using Arbortext 7.0 with individual Print Composer licenses. We do not use Publishing Engine or Styler. Is there any compelling reason for us to upgrade to 8.1?

For us it was the addition of the postscript option. The pdf file sizes that the default pdf application creates are huge compared to what distiller does for us.

That sounds interesting. Could you give me a short description of how that works. Is it something you set in tools or an option you choose each time you publish to pdf? Also, we use Print Preview quite often. Does it have any effect on that?
