arbortext Advanced Print Publisher return license questions

There could be a number of reasons. Was the origianl a demo license, hence you did not have a licnese. Was this a subscripton and your subscription has expired, Is this a permanent licnese and you are not on maintenance. Then you could get the version you had but not any later version until you are on maintenance. You might check with license management at PTC to solve your issues.
