Arbortext and MIL-STD-38784STD-BV9

Is there anyone out there familiar with the MIL-STD-38784 (38784STD-BV9) and any information on the OmniMark information the files mention from the AF? Has anyone had success using Arbortext to output a PDF without a FOSI file provided with current DTD information?

I am having the same issues with Arbortext Editor 8.0.0.0 not recognizing *.fosi files.

I have recently found out that the AF do not use .fosi files anymore. There was discussion on taking the last version of the .fosi available and updating to be able to output PDFs from SGML in accordance obviously to the current DTD and MIL-SPEC updates that have occurred since that version...
