Arbortext Change Page Application (CPA) for Defense Retired?

Has PTC formally retired the Arbortext Change Page Application for Defense product? (I looked for general notices but did not find any.) If so, what are some alternative products to generate change pages (and LEOPs) for 38784-type publications?

Arbortext Change Page for Defense Application is in sustained support.

There are no further fixes, updates or enhancements being added to the application.

I'm uncertain of the current state of Arbortext CPA, but we have implemented LoEP functionality previously using Arbortext APP (Advanced Print Publisher). This is not an off-the-shelf configuration but would have to be customised to suit your needs.
