Arbortext Compact Installer to be deprecated

We are planning to deprecate the Arbortext Compact Installer support.  This is the ability to create an Arbortext install package that is smaller than the default installation and that includes a custom folder.

Instead, users will need to install the full featured Arbortext Editor, and the custom folder will need to be distributed separately from Arbortext Editor.

This will not affect the zipped customization capability, where the custom folder is deployed in a zip file.
