arbortext editor track changes inserts incorrect user name

When 'track changes' are on and user makes revisions to the content, the incorrect user name is displayed. AE preferences do have the correct user name. So I'm not sure where the random user name is coming from.

Is there a setting that I can go to that will allow me to insert the correct user name?

Excellent! This appears to have resolved the issue. It worked for me. I'm having user test it out.

Check the dita topic. We had issues with track changes. If you go to the Accept reject menu, under options, click advanced, it will show a list of users. we often had different users listed with the full name being listed as a different user. When in the topic it will display the Full name not the user name.
