Arbortext freezes when attempting to select "Edit", "Modify Attributes".

We are using Arbortext V5.3 M130 under Windows 7. For some of our users, arbortext freezes when attempting to Modify Attributes. We have attempted the same action on other users PC with the same file and have been successful in Modifying Attributes.

Can anyone offer advice.

Arbortext 5.3 was not certified for use on Windows 7.

The 5.3 and 5.4 releases are beyond end of life. (No more fixes are being made to either release)

The current active releases are 6.0 and 6.1.
