Arbortext isodraw 7.1 under Windows 10 home

Is it possible to install Arbortext isodraw 7.1 under Windows 10 home, i've read on the internet that it is not working.

It seems that it installs jre1.5 and then try to install Arbortext and then stops after a few seconds.
