Arbortext Isoview

Dear Sir,

Regarding ADOC installation in our PC equipped with Windows Seven and IE8, we have problem with the isoview. If we opened the figure inside ADOC there was not appeared the figure and appeared "Arbortext Isoview". Could you guide me how to solve the problem so I can see the figure inside ADOC.
