Arbortext logging out of Oracle

I'm using Arbortext 6.0 F000 and using it to log into Oracle.

If there is no database activity for a while (30 mins roughly), i lose my connection with oracle. Is there a setting somewhere which details the time for disconnecting Arbortext from Oracle?

Hi Kelvin,

I don't work with Oracle so I can't say anything for sure. My guess, though, is that this is a configuration item on the Oracle side. This is how it works for our Documentum integration. (I am assuming you are using and referring to an Oracle content management system.)

Your best bet, if you haven't solved this or moved on already, is to join the Adepters mailing list where lots and lots of Arbortext users, admins, and developers hang out 24/7/366 (it is a leap year, you know!).
