Hi, We have the scheduler and the agent running on seperate boxes. when we schedule a job it fails. The error that is logged by the server is 1. "Job missed a heartbeat." 2. Job completed. Job Name: 085f5b10-70ec-4163-aff0-d97f3f556806.job Status: PingTimeOut Reason: Job missed a heartbeat.

    Hi Bruce To me that sounds like your 3B2 template is failing and not sending the required hartbeat to the monitor, the agent therefore gets shut down. I would start by open up the job template (.3f) and run in on a desptop version with the same in-put and parameters in a debug (format log etc) mode to trace the problem. It may be template, bugs, data etc and probably not a problem with Enterprise configs. Hope that helps! Chris www.tformat.com
