Creo Illustrate community is here: http://communities.ptc.com/groups/arbortext-galaxy-beta . But it still has the status "Private Group":

It seems that I was too hasty in announcing the changes to the Galaxy Beta community last week. The old Galaxy Beta community was (still is) a private community and I was originally hoping to change the title and make this publically viewable. However there are technical reasons why I cannot do what I had hoped.

Instead I have decided to create a new community group for ‘Technical Illustration’ and I am now inviting you all to join this community. This new community will be a forum for discussion and sharing around all PTC illustration solutions – Creo Illustrate, Arbortext IsoDraw and IsoView.

The existing IsoDraw and IsoDraw Macros groups will remain active and unaffected, but with PTC’s continued commitment to a combined 2D/3D technical illustration strategy a combined community seems to be more applicable.

Sorry for the ‘false alarm’ last week. Please join this new Technical Illustration community here:

    Thanks

    Tim

Briefly: is a working tool for the technical illustrator (creates 3D illustrations (based on CAD model), including explode parts, creates video animation (WMV), exports 2D illustration for be processed in Arbortext IsoDraw & etc.). See more about PTC's solution for 3D technical illustrations here:
