Creo Illustrate Mystery Icon

When this icon appears it disallows many functions within Creo Illustrate. Anyone know what it means?

Is that a sketch of it or the actual Glyph? It looks kind of like your Item List icon.

Did you ever determine what this icon was?  I too am experiencing it when trying to transform some objects in Creo illustrate 4.1.  I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it, or how to let it allow me to transform.
