Custom Lines with Arrows

I would like to get in the linetypes and create linetypes with arrow sizes beyond what is currently available in the program. Is there a way to customize the lines. I want to create lines with arrows that are less than 20X size.

I am using IsoDraw 7.3 M031 build 1
