digital media publisher support case tip: open cases against publishing engine's dmp module

I recently opened a case against Digital Media Publisher directly and had
to do a license dance since we do not own DMP as a standalone product which
I guess some customers may still do. We own it via its inclusion in
Publishing Engine. Theoretically, when I open my next case to the
Publishing Engine's DMP module, licensing won't have to get involved.

[No, you won't see the license dance on youtube. However, after enough
drinks in Orlando ... maybe.]

    Hi Paul--

Yes, we went through that a while back as well. Kind of weird, but it
didn't take them long to get it sorted out.

We experienced the same thing. You need to select "Publishin Engine" as the product when you open the ticket or you'll trigger the license dance. I would hope the support group would catch on to this soon to avoid the hassle, but maybe they just like to dance 🙂
