Displaying Quick Tags as horizontally cascading columns

Pressing Enter displays the tags available at the cursor location. For me, a long "tall" list appears. For certain tag locations, this list extends well beyond the vertical limit of my monitor. Is there a way to show this Quick Tags list as a horizontally cascading group of columns so it goes "across" my screen (as shown below)?  I'm using Arbortext Editor/Styler 6.1. I suspect this is a View or UI setting but there does NOT seem to be that option among the menus. I'm slowly investigating the DCF to see if configurations there affect this functionality. So far, no luck. What's maddening is another doctype and stylesheet allows this horizontal cascade. I have not been able to identify what allows this second environment this functionality and not the first. Anyone else out there ever see this problem?
