DITA XML "reltable" supports in Arbortext CMS(Windchill)

I would like to know "reltable" feature in Arbortext DITA XML supports in Windchill CMS.

Basically my understanding is that "reltable" creates/shows the link between the topics in a map. Please correct me if I am wrong.

A couple of years ago you post this topic on the community.

Now I try to do the same but still get some errors when I try to publish it.

My question is did you successfully implement it, if so how?
