Editing locked content

Hi Adepters!

I have been working with ACL trying to implement a dynamic walk through
which is in charge of make some changes through the document, however I
have faced a problem, when I found locked content, I can not add
attributes to an element, I am using oid_modify_attr to create new
attributes, I'm not sure is this is the best ACL command in order to
achieve this; however my doubt for now is if there's a way to modify
locked content. I'm pretty new with Arbortext also, and I would like to
know how can I unlock content in Arbortext using the menus, because I
can't find it.
