Andy and Ed,

Caroline is working with a bastardized version of the MIL-STD-40051 DTD that
AMCOM puts out. No telling what they've done now. L

    This sounds familiar.

    Andy,

38784 is managed by the Air Force. I know that the Army has always used A -
F and X in their distribution statements. Well they have since at least 2000
when I started working on their DTD. 😄
