Question

FACE character are quesion but apper in word

issue with some of character like face, hand , or some cloud symbol are papering in MS word and internet, but wen same entity used in Arbo-text 3b2 its showing like  "question mark"  even after Appling  all possible font please suggest ,

also example Unicode entity,

I don't think emojis will work in Arbortext or 3B2. Not only will most emoji be in a Unicode supplementary plane (meaning they need a 32-bit reference, which isn't supported), but also these systems don't support colour fonts. I guess you could file an enhancement request to see if colour font support can be added?
