fuzzy prints from Isoview

Arbortext Community,

I am having an issue with isoview on a specific computer. The aircraft maintenance manuals we use use arbortext isoview to display the wiring diagrams. on this one computer, the wiring diagrams on the print outs are fuzz/illegible. It's only on this one computer, and it doesn't matter to which printer I print to. I've uninstalled and reinstalled our copy of isoview as well, but to no avail. Is there anything else that might help?

You did not specify which version of Arbortext IsoView you are using.

Sorry about that. The version of IsoView that is being used is version 7.0

So, evidentally a third printer from the problem machine prints out fine.

So, evidentally when Internet Explorer 8 was being used the saab manuals that use IsoView were just fine. It might seem like anything other than Internet Explorer 8 causes the fuzzy print outs.
