Get errors when trying to extract a UPIPCO message for a category 1 update

I am getting an error message when I try to extract a UPIPCO message for a figure in Provisioning Manager.

Here are the errors I'm getting:

ORA- 01422: Exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows and

ORA- 06512: at "Aspect.Remove_Unchanged_Data", Line 307

ORA- 06512: at "Aspect.Setup_Extraction_Data_Table", Line 30

ORA- 06512: at line 1

 

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Does PTC list the errors for Provisioning Manager anywhere? I haven't found anything on these errors...Very frustrating...

    I am getting a similar message when I try to export any message format. Did you get an answer?

    Yes, but it turns out this was an issue with how the end customer wants the message and not an issue with the software.

    Please could you advise, what is the version of the software that you are currently using when this error message is appearing, this would allow for a more in depth search of the code base to determine what is the underlying issue.
