How can I undo the set stylesheet command?

I am setting a stylesheet using the set stylesheet ACL command. Now I want to undo this association. How can I do that? I want the stylesheet to not appear in the list of stylesheets while publishing the next time.

Do you want to remove it forever? Remove it from the doctypes folder in your application.

Although I don't want to remove it forever. Just from the drop down in the publish window.

You can do this by opening the document, selecting Format->Select Stylesheets... from the menus, and clicking "Delete Association" in that dialog.
