How moove elements with arrows on ISODRAW 7.0

Hi,

A few months ago, I used ISODRAW 7.0 and i could move the elements of my draw without using the "move" tool (Ctrl + M) .... doing that with the arrows of the keyboard only (or maybe Ctrl + arrows / Do not remember exactly) ...

But today, impossible to move the elements like that!

I searched on internet and on parameters but found nothing!

Do somebody have a solutions to activate the possibility to move elements just with the arrows. (Without using the tool "move")?
