How to change the default charset in Arbortext APP?

The default charset in Arbortext APP is ASCII Latin 1 1250 and I want to change it to ASCII Arabic 1256? How can I achieve it?

This is the version of my APP

I want to convert this (Ascii Latin-1 1250 charset):

to this (Ascii Arabic 1256 charset):

In 3b2 (which was running on MS-DOS), I was able to switch between the arabic charset and Latin-1 charset using a keyboard shortcut.

I've managed to use "langkey" macro to switch between languages, but the charsets are not changing, even when I edit slukwin.3ad.
