How to use Proxy with GET method for Arbortext Editor 6.0

Hello all,

I have an error with Arbortext Editor as follows.

My assumption is that it could be sorted out by using Proxy server with GET method.

Is it correct?

■ Error
The public Schemas/DTDs on Web can not be loaded in the environment with Proxy server

■ Environment
Software：Arbortext Editor 6.0
Proxy Port used：15080
Others：All correspondances without used Proxy is disconnected from the Internet by FireWall

■ Details
I checked "http communication" and turned out that HEAD method to confirm the external schemas/DTDs is taken to #15080 port, though the GET method to actually obtain them is taken to #80 port.
