You can use a FOSI stylesheet to format an HTML document just as you would an SGML or XML document.

Are you using Arbortext Editor with Styler? If so, then you can specify HTML styling.

Another alternative is to use XSL-FO style sheet, especially if you are using Styler or Arbortext Publishing Engine to format your documents.
