invalid parameter for host id for trial version use

Hi,

I am trying to download and use Arbortext trial version. For getting the license file, I need the host id of my machine. The host id of my machine is 4C-ED-DE-AA-3B-04 which is shown as invalid. Please let me know what should be done.

    You will need to contact PTC directly so they can manually assign a trial license key.
